Some children are invited to the stage to ask questions. Joe goes on to talk about how the Moon was formed and the plans to return to it in the near future. The former NASA astronaut also discusses whether man might ever set foot on Mars.

The lecture is opened to the floor for questions and a variety of topics are discussed such as the dark side of the Moon and the use of robotics. Some of the latest footage from Mars is also shown.

More questions are fielded from the floor including a discussion about the global approach of space travel today, what food astronauts eat and the effects of space travel on the human body.
