Introduction

Whether you are organising or attending an event, or just want to find out what all the fuss is about, everything you need can be found in our resources section!

The Resources section is divided into four key areas. Downloadable posters, logos, ‘How to get Involved’ guide, roadshow database, sample press release etc. can all be found in the ‘Event Organisers’ section to help you get the most out of your event; while a dedicated Media section will house our latest press releases, an FAQ document with a full run down of what Science Week is all about and a selection of downloadable hi-res press photos that can be used by journalists. The primary and secondary sections are for use by students, parents and teachers and have a number of activity sheets with fun experiments, quizzes, and online resources to help get you involved in Science Week. Activity sheets from previous years are still available for you to use as well.

The FAQ section should help you with any general questions you may have, as well as giving tips on how to upload events and photos on to the website. Remember that the sample exit survey in the event organisers’ section can be used to ask attendees at your event to give some feedback, helping you to evaluate the success of your event.
