The following database is compiled so that you can browse through the profiles listed and if you would like them to come to your community centre / library / school etc. you can contact them directly yourself. (The database is not designed as a booking system.)

Part of the successful Wellcome Trust funded Debating Science Issues (DSI) programme, this workshop provides the background and the science of stem cell research and explores its cultural, ethical and societal implications in an interactive, round table discussion. This workshop will prepare students to participate in the DSI debate competition organised in several rounds and on various biomedical topics in 2010 to determine a provincial winner.
