Based in Dublin, John Gibbons has been writing and campaigning on environmental and climate issues for the last decade and a half. He is founder of the website Climatechange.ie and he also runs a blog at ThinkOrSwim.ie. He regularly appears on national broadcast media outlets, including RTE, Virgin TV, TodayFM and NewsTalk. He has been a weekly environmental columnist with The Last Word on Today FM for the last four years.

Join John for this conversation based on his first book, ‘The Lie of the Land: A game plan for Ireland in the climate crisis as we delve into some of the ideas he explores including the historical perspective on Ireland’s climate crisis as well as mapping out possible alternate futures.
