Make a Mini Moon at O’Sho!

Swap screentime for space time at this unplugged evening at O’Sho. Relax and unwind as you make a small hanging moon sculpture in clay. You’ll learn how to make an armature, how to apply and sculpt air dry clay as well as different methods for adding realistic detail and texture. You’ll also use card, wood and other model making materials to create interesting additions to your lunar landscape while you enjoy a relaxing break from screens, distractions and the daily rush.

The evening will be led by CHRIS FINNEGAN, a Cork City-based visual artist and arts educator who frequently collaborates with his young sons, using play and game-based strategies in his image-making and exhibitions.

This evening is hosted by OSHO, a small pub with chill vibes and great cocktails in Cork City, as part of their ongoing Offline Tuesdays series. ‘Swap screen time for real time’ and get a chance to unwind, meet others and play with new hobbies.

Tickets are FREE and include all materials but booking is essential!
