Secondary Schools

Find out how your school can get involved this Science Week!

Science Week delivers a programme for second level students and educators around many themes in STEM, encouraging an exploration of science, technology, engineering, and maths to spark young people’s passion for STEM, build their skills, and raise awareness of the vital role research, exploration and innovation play in shaping modern society. These are run in collaboration with ESERO Ireland, an education project of the European Space Agency (ESA) co-funded by Research Ireland.

Join ESERO Ireland for a special Science Week Careers Chat! We will be joined by Shanice Griffin who will be interviewing people working in space related jobs here in Ireland to find out about what they do, how they got there, and the interesting winding paths that can lead to opportunities to explore space!
This is a livestreamed online event in collaboration with DreamSpace and ideal for second level students, particularly Transition Year and Senior Cycle.
Registration is now open, see below!
